Since its launch in 2006, we have been committed to advancing high-quality development in the olive oil industry by identifying and recognizing top-tier olive oil products through an authoritative, fair, and professional evaluation system.
The competition brings together olive oil industry experts, tasters, and scholars from around the world. Judging follows internationally recognized standards that combine sensory evaluation with physical and chemical testing to ensure every entry receives an objective and comprehensive assessment.
